MY WEEKEND with pictures
Well this is what I worked on this weekend. Little bit bigger than a V ;D.
http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...S/HPIM0322.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...S/HPIM0320.jpg These here give you a little bit better perspective of the size, that's a 3500 CHEVY long bed extended cab parked next to it. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...S/HPIM0313.jpg The V on that bow cut's a little water. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...S/HPIM0317.jpg I went down to reallign the port engine for him. He had a bad vibration in it @ 1800-2100 RPM's and the cutlass bearing was completely shot. Here's a shot of the coupler and tranny. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...S/HPIM0306.jpg A shot of the engine room access hole with my size 11 in it, it's a snug fit with my belly. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...S/HPIM0302.jpg Here's some drivetrain shots of the 26" wheels and 2" shafts. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...S/HPIM0291.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...S/HPIM0295.jpg |

Re: MY WEEKEND with pictures
I almost wish I hadn't sold my interest in it back to him. It's a nice one for bottom fishing and diving, he just needs to get the swim platform back on it.

Re: MY WEEKEND with pictures
It's an 81 43' TORRES that was built in STOCK ISLAND. It was shipped up to STUART and AMERICAN YACHTS went through and completely customized the cabin and staterooms. It was officially commisioned in 83 for use. In her day she was top of the line. It was origanally built for the brothers that owned the concrete plant in STOCK ISLAND(can't remember the name right now) and ended up getting sold in the early 90's to a couple in BOSTON of all places. They got divorced and she got the boat. Well the new hubby wanted her to get rid of it, so they did. And it was brought back to FLORIDA in 2005, one LONG LONG trip. Took 8 days to bring her back, and to many gallons of diesel to mention.
