Little over 2 months ago I stepped on a rock while bare foot. I never go bare foot for years now, But that one day I was just getting the mail.

Well I got a little cut and it just got worse with time cause of my diabetes. So I went to the doc, he said to stay off i, well I had to get the boat ready and never listened!!

Make a long story short I got infection which turned into Staff infection and got into the bone, so they operated and removed the bad bone and here I am off my feet for a month!

That what I get for not listing!! :'(

it looks bad but like tuna said..it looks good as for as healing and infection wise...keep doing what ya doing...trust me.. i have seen the end result of what happens if you dont...i come from a family of diabetics.
