Nuclear Waste?
If I am not mistaken,
this is how nuclear waste and/or warheads are transported. This picture was taken in the middle of Colorado, close to Strasburg. There were two of these cars, one engine and a caboose. http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g1...clearwaste.jpg |
Re: Nuclear Waste?
If I remember my HAZ-MAT correctly, that is a cask that they do infact transport nuclear waste in. A big sucker too. I think they barry that stuff out there somewhere in an abandonded salt mine if I remember correctly. Did you notice any placards?

C-D, you are correct, I looked it up yesterday and they have all the train and truck routes listed on the internet. They do bury it in Yucca mountain in Nevada. http://www.yuccamountain.org/transport.htm And here are the routes: http://www.state.nv.us/nucwaste/states/states.htm |
