Re: about brackets

It might be easy??

You will have to mesure a bracket and mount it at 20 or 25" depending on what you use for a motor?

I recomend a 25" for bracket, but thats my opion.

after you see were its going to bolt on, you will know if it has to be strong to hold the bracket, or just if it needs just to fill the space.

Rub rail, You don't need on on the rear of the boat but if you fell the need they can be had for $$$

Hey guys, do any of you know whether a single bracket w/o swim platform from a ???? model Sea Ray would fit an 86 v20? Just curious, thinking about buying one from a fellow member of our forum...

Does the transom angle matter much when installing a bracket w/o a swim platform?

Thanks guys.

Mine comes from a 23' Seacraft, then bracket fits right on with no problem, if you no have the swim platform.

The curve in the transom doesn't come into play till you get to the out side,

What MJ said Grace, my Armstrong is a single w/o swim platforms and it looks pretty flat in that center area, look at my gallery there is a couple of shots of it
