Hatch gaskets

Has anyone added gaskets to there hatches? When riding in a chop, hatches bounce around and make some racket. I'm thinking of adding some gasket material to quiet things up some. This is mostly on the 2 hatches on the fore deck of my center console so you cuddy guys probably don't have this problem. Any suggestions?
