Holes in fiberglass
When feeding wires and cable through newly drilled fiberglass holes, what kind of bushing could I use to protect the wire jackets from cutting and chaffing? thanks

Re: Holes in fiberglass
First off you should coat the inside of the hole with 5200 or something to seal the wood, so not to get wet.
Next what wires you running thur the transom? Cables and wireharness are fine the way they are. If you worryed about other wires you could get some wire loom in the size you need and that will be fine. |

Re: Holes in fiberglass
If you're passing individual wires through the transom like FF and speedo wiring, Blue Sea Systems CableClams are the only way to go.

Re: Holes in fiberglass
just make sure you counter sink the hole in the glass or it will spider crack around the holes, that goes for all holes
