My search is over.

Hi Guys, I looked it up and saw i was number 58 to join your site. For whatever reasons I've gone thru a 19ft Regal, and still have a 20 sweetwater pontoon. I've stayed quiet but always look in to see what was up, and never stoped looking for that V20. Well i found a 1984 V20 with a 1993 Johnson 200. And I bought it!!!
I'm a happy man. It's gone be a great Christmas... This site is the best you guys should be proud. Top Notch (boat name) needs some attention so the fun begins now. Cant wait... I'll have questions looking forward to adding to my posts. I live in Fla so I'll send pics of Top Notch in this 80 deg. weather maybe it will help you guys out up in the N.E.

congrats Zebra on your boat.

I love older boats especially Wellcrafts and ESPECIALLY v-20s they have so much character. Mine is a restoration project right now, but I cant wait till the day she sails again after the previous owners abandoned such a beauty.

Welcome aboard. It's cool how many of us have chased leads, pored over print and internet ads, and in no uncertain terms hunted this boat down after falling in lust with the lines, the layout, etc. When I was shopping for my first boat, my market was a "19'-21' center console", and I drove hundreds of miles before I found the one I bought. A crapload of boats fit that description, but still, it took me a couple months to find one. When you shop for a V20/21, that narrows it down an order of magnitude. It makes it that much sweeter when your search ends. I've had mine for all of five weeks and am still euphoric. Congrats from a fellow newbie.

Welcome! I too like KF found my V20 this past March. I've wanted one since 1985. But for many reasons never bought one. They are great boats! Enjoy! Bill Mc ;D
