Need seats for V21

I have a 96 V21 that needs new back to back and helm seats. does anyone know where i can get original replacements if possible? I'd like to find them with the blue stripe doen the middle.

were on special at Boaters World w/ Capt. Club Card for $99 ea. They may still be avail at that price.
