Who was it posted they were goin' to Kiawah this summer???...sorry about short memory... ::)...

I did.

I got back Thursday after being there for a week.
Made it out fishing only once on the Kiawah River. Caught lots of small whiting using shrimp. My buddy caught a nice 8Lb red (tagged and released.) I caught a small sting ray.

I was there for a business meeting. No way I could afford to go there on a real vacation. Most places there were $450+ a night.

Boater, glad ya hadda big time...I's thinkin' your trip would be in July and I's gonna hook you up w/ a buddy who's a charter capt in Edisto...he was along for the Tuna trip I posted recently and told me he'd changed name of his charter and that's why I couldn't get hold of him right after you posted about your trip...

Yeah, Kiawah's ''hi-cotton''...hadn't made it there myself... ;) 8)...

The guys I went with are all golfers. I can't stand golfing. I love to fish. Chances are we will be going down there next spring. I will let you know the next time. I'm heading down and maybe we can connect.

RAP, my good buddy's mom and step dad live in Edisto. They retired down there at like age 50! DAWGS! ;D

Never been, but wouldn't mind visiting that place sometime.
