The hole looks a lil perfect to be natural. Ever considered it might have been made by a Native American? I do alot of hunting for Native American artifacts and have found lots, but never a bannerstone, which is what this could be.
A bannerstone was used with a spear thrower (atlatl) to gain leverage and provide speed and accuracy over man's natural arm. blue , its a river rock Iam pretty sure it was in a landscaping bed with lots of other river rock.... but anything is possible ...... just seems way to smooth
