What year is this boat?

I was told it is a 1989. *Is that true? *When I looked through the old catalogs, the markings did not match that year. *Anyone can help?

Is that single trailer good enough for this kind of boat? Do you'll think its a 25 inch transom instead of a 20 inch? The suzi on the back looks like a 4 stroker. I think those are all 25 inchers. How much for just the boat and trailer?

Welcome to the site.
Check the hull numbers on the right rear of the transom. Last digits will give you the year of the hull.

Hull Number will tell you for sure. '89s had a black plexiglass sliding cabin door and glove box on the port side opposite the helm. Check my gallery pictures (page 4 in the cuddy section) and the catalouge and specifications in the history section for more pictures. The marking do match an "89

And the V20 in the bootstripe down the side is another indicator of it being at least a late 80's to early 90's. It looks like a 25" transom, but the JOHN-ZUKI 4 strokes can be 20" or 25"(RANDLEMAN has a 20" 140 on his).

Looks to be late 80's...the number chumbucket refers to is just under the rub-rail...nice boat...check for soft spots all around floor and w/motor tilted up, apply your weight to the foot...if you hear a lot of crackling noise, then it will need some transom work and you can use that negotiating price...if no noise, buy it and ENJOY 8) ;D ;D ;D ...
