 Trailer question

Does anyone have a way to tell what the capacity of a trailer is by the ID number? I have already called Magic Tilt but would like to buy some parts today.
	Thanks |

take the parts with you to a trailer parts place and tell them what you got they should help!! If it for the V20 I am sure it at leats a 3500 pound trailer or if its a single, more if its a tandam |

 Re: Trailer question

check the tires, if it has the original tires or even size of tires, look at the posted max weight of each tire and add it together. . Go one step futher and look at the axle, most have the weight capacity stamped on the axle. That would be the maximum load of the trailer including the trailer. I've seen some trailer manufcatures list two or even three differnet weight class trailers that have the same frame, with the only difference is the axle and tires. It will give you something to go by, but not necesarily the recomended weight of the trailer manufacture(never excede their weight)
