'85 and '88 VStep-20's Ads

Hey,
I was looking for something online and stumbled on these two V-Step20 boats for sale. One is for sale by a charity (I don't know if there's any tax deductability to that or not). I have no knowledge of either boat other than the ads.

1985 VStep-20
$5950.00 Morehead, NC 28557
Carteret Community College Foundation

1988 (looks to be a VStep-20 in pictures, they call it a Wellcraft Outboard in their ad).
$1950.00 Babylon , NY 11702

Good Luck.

I'd be willing to bet that second one is a '78 and not an '88.
