Looking
Long time member here, been away for a few, getting back into the V20 game. Some of you older members might remember my restored 1974 V20 and my pristine 1996 V21. I am a serious buyer for a serious boat. No junk, nothing needing major work, transom, deck replacement etc. While I prefer and I/O O/B power is fine on the right boat. Dave

Welcome back,D. Has been a while.
Good luck with the search, might try the Facebook Wellcraft group. I don t do Facebook, but I think they get a lot more traffic than us dinosaurs |
Thanks, Yeah I've been off FB for over 6 years now...too political....I've been looking hard but I am afraid I set my bar too high, lol....

Welcome back dmoore
Did you find one? I would ask spareparts, he is a mechanic and I'm sure he runs into a lot of boats (Vs of course) plus I'm 200 percent if he tells you it's ITS GOOD. I hope you get a good one. Keep us informed Welcome back |
Thank you. I located an 83 V20 I/O up in NH. a couple of months ago. Fresh water use there since new. New 5.7 installed last year. Boat looks to be very nice with new Bimini, power steering & a nice SeaRay float on trailer. Recent snow up there and single didgit Temps have kept me here in Va. Waiting on a decent wx window to check it out. Dave

It's still waiting on me. In the process I have been searching anyway. There just isn't any NICE V20/V21 boats out there. Guess I sold the last one~!
