Somehow I seriously doubt that Putin is even remotely concerned with what Biden says. In fact, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he and Biden had already reached an agreement that if he (Putin) attacks the Ukraine that Biden won't do a damn thing. Biden and Chamberlain, ... perfect together.

(And of course, right after that starts, China will invade Taiwan, and of course, again, Biden will do nothing).

Just my opinion. Lets see how it turns out. Maybe some of us will still be alive a few months from now....
