For most of the people gathered there on Jan 6th (Over 20,000) it was, indeed, a legitimate political discourse. Of course, you will ignore that and just harp on the few that got out of hand. So sad.

We ALL SHOULD HARP on the violent attack on our Capitol from Trump supporters who attempted insurrection, injured over 100 of our police and made terroristic threats to kill the Vice President of our United States !!

The Republican Party DID NOT included statement separating the peaceful demonstration from the violent and SENATOR MITCH MCCONNELL was even patriotic enough to publicly denounce their statement as WRONG

Here's a news flash for you Greene.. Telling the police what you think of them is NOT against the law. In fact, it's protected by our first amendment (something you seem all too willing to trample on)/ The ONLY thing that is not permitted is threats of violence. Not against the police, not against politicians, not against individual citizens.

When someone murders an unarmed person that presents no real threat, and then the entire "police" force protects him by refusing to divulge his name or bring him to trial that makes them ALL thugs. Yes, that's only my opinion, but it's shared with millions of other people.
