Read on other forum - guy posted he trailers 5 hours from Rochester to Raritan to get in on t eh striper bite !
It certainly is a passion.

Reality for me is between the prep, early am rise , trailer over an hour , launch , fish, retrieve boat, trailer back, clean boat gear and put all things away ………..it’s been a long, long day !

Being bit of a clean freak about my boat, motor, trailer and all, especially since salt water the process sometimes makes me consider why I do it.

Then, week or two later, I do it again .
