Trolling motor

Anyone put a trolling motor on v20 center console?
I think I need 80lbs thrust and 60 inch shaft. I just want to make sure before. I pull this 2000.00 trigger. Thanks

Reelapeelin runs a trolling motor on every V he has had, I think he's had log in issues and hasn't been on here in a while

I have an 80lb 60” Riptide Terrova on my ‘85 cuddy and have no issues. Spot lock works great even in a bit of a chop here in the Chesapeake. Do yourself a favor and splurge for the Lithium Ion batteries. I’ve trolled and locked full days and never gone under 50% battery.
