Re-painting deck w molded nonskid
Well, after about 10 -15 years it s time to repaint my 13 whaler. I was thinking about using raptor or similar products. My question is how much prep must be done before using it. The deck has molded in nonskid so i won t be able to sand it smooth. I was wondering anyone had any experience using it on similar decks

That looks nice! Is that product spray or brush on? I'm like phat -- my deck is already textured.

Hope mine looks half that good, D. How is is to walk on with bare feet and knees. Also worried about getting hot . I guess the primary concern i have is once you put this stuff down, its a bear to remove.
I will check out the site Thanks |

Your deck does not look good,,,,,,,It looks GREAT . Just asking, does it fill in the spider cracks?

Destroyer,
This is a little off topic, but where did you cut the deck for removal? Around the perimeter? I suspect that I probably a year or so away from a major overhaul which will include deck removal and stringer repair/replacement, gas tank replacement. Thanks, Duke |
