Gel Coat Matching
 

Getting ready to order all my composite supplies in the next several days so they're ready for when I'm on staycation in August. What kind of color match compositions have folks found success with on the late 80's models? My gut says pure white gel with "Halyard" off white colorant tempering to match.

some were off-white on the beige side and some were on the grey side.
They are all very old and faded now compared to new.

I don't think any 80's were pure white...maybe the V21s were later...

Thanks Skunk. I'm definitely not expecting to use the white gel straight, I'll add a bottle of black to my list along with the Halyard colorant.
