Not a fun time of year. My camper is ready for winter, now just have to put the boat to sleep. I was just messing with my snow blower today! Flurries last Saturday.

Hey Everyone. Remember when you are putting your boat to sleep for the long winter to OPEN all deck and door hatches. VENTILATE the under deck area to prevent condensation moisture from forming and rotting out the wood under the deck and the stringers.. Even better is to put a small 6" fan on a timer blowing into one of the hatches Just one hour a day will save you huge time and costs later on, and the electrical cost is tiny. :head:

Good advise D! We've used some moisture absorbant bags we got from Lowes and they work great for around the house. They pick up a lot of moisture. Theres some out there made for boat storage too. Checked the antifreeze in all my trucks and the V today. They all were good to -34 degrees. It got down to -11 here last winter for a few days. We're not used to that kinda cold!
