Altitude changes

So, my home elevation is about 4100 ft, the local lake is at 4100 feet. The majority of my fishing is in Baja at sea level.
Is there a need to re-jet for this change in elevation or just understand that there will be a performance difference? Am I at risk of hurting anything?
