It’s a sad day

The end of one of my dreams the start of a new one I have my V up for sale. It’s a terrible day for me in one way it’s brought me so many good memories. I LOVE this boat but need to part ways with her. I’m going to ask the most beautiful and amazing girl to marry me and become a family with my boy and her girl. I’m going to put the money into my fathers boat and put a hard top on it we’ll be sharing it as a family witch is the best thing for all of us. That will make it more comfortable and easier to be able to sleep on it if we want. I love that boat and will miss it dearly it’s been so good to me.

Sorry to hear we bought our V in 1995 an still have her we bought a 42ft grand banks last year but we are not getting rid of the V maybe later when we move aboard the 42.

That would be great for the family going to one boat
Congratulations:sun:

Sorry to hear Redneck, what type of boat is your father's?

I am always drawn to the idea of buying a trawler...I am just afraid of becoming a slave to a trawler.

My dad has a northriver it’s nice boat the hard top will be a nice addition. Our family will be able to get more use out of it and the four stroke makes it a lot cheaper to run. I was looking forward to talking my girl out on the V but not all dreams come true at least I have her.
