Trim Tab Ram Leak

Is there a way to rebuild this or do I just replace?

What brand is it? Bennett?

Its a Bennett, I rarely see them leak, like never, unless its broken, remove it and take a look at it, if its leaking from the top, make sure its not coming from the threaded fitting, could just need tightening. Don't over do it, if you thread it in too far, it will block the fluid flow. Look at the area just below the mounting point to make sure its not cracked. If its leaking from the ram, you could disassemble it(be careful, big internal spring) and see if a replacement o-ring could be found. Bennett doesn't sell rebuild kits.

Thanks SP.

I found a post from 2002 in iBoats forum about Bennett sending new o rings with installation instructions for free no matter how old the unit is, I will inspect closer and if its the o ring I will call them.
