I totally agree. That doghouse is a VERY nice touch. The soft spots on the deck bother me a little, but as you said, if the transom is solid that's a nice find for someone.

Soft spot ? I have a soft spot in my heart for a few people....but no room for soft spots on my V21 !

Never said it wouldn't be fixed, just said it bothered me a little. (A lot less than a soft transom) You can live with a few soft spots on the deck until the winter and then work on fixing it. You can't ignore a soft transom. It must be repaired.
