V20 Site Status
 

V20 Team, here is where we are currently:

Talked to the current host, yodaddy, great guy. Working on a solution. Note that there could be an interruption when we move. It could result in loss of data, but if it does it should be minimal, possibly ~1 weeks worth of updates? Will make every effort not to lose anything and to keep the lights on. It is going to be a joint effort.

MJ, I have not heard from Valiant. If you talk to him tell him to call me, I left a couple VM's. We are going to have to change the DNS name servers on the registrar once we have a new host. Registrar is where you have the domain name registered currently. I think Valiant may have info on this.

In the meantime keep the faith,

In talks with JJURIGA about hosting....will keep everyone posted on details as things materialize.

I'm going on vacation starting Thursday - Monday 5/29. Planning to get this done the week I am back.

Guys if we go dark just hang in there. Use the facebook thingy that Skunk or somebody set up. It could happen as there are some things going on that are not in mine or anyone's control. If it happens just KNOW that we'll be back asap.

Rumor circulating that if the site goes down............all V boats in existence today will simply stop working. A " matrix " kind of thing . I hope not. Supposedly, the cure would be to find the original hull.....the 1st out of the mold and perform some kind of exorcism.
