$28,000 V18, No Trailer
Thats right, 28 grand.
For that price he might consider fixing the varnish on the back of the leaning post. https://savannah.craigslist.org/boa/6004726358.html |
It also seems to be missing the right rear lid to the livewell.
It's nice to know there are still optimists left in this world. |
I like how the radio fits. Shows the quality of the work he did on the boat.

No trailer at that price either!
|
They didn't redo the wood - some bare wood where the finish is deteriorated.

Anyone buying that boat at that price is bearing witness to the old saying that "there's a sucker born every minute" |
You have to think the price is a typo...1 too many "0"'s...

I'll buy it for 2800.00 just for that 4 stroke Merc!

$20,500 is List Price for the engine brand new, with fit up, gauges, etc. $13,000 for the engine brand new shipped to you from Lucky Dog Marina in Sarasota, Fl. So that means he's looking to get a minimum of $7500 for the rest of it. (Without a trailer). A nice tidy profit I'd say. But that engine has 50 hours on it, so it's NOT a new engine by any standard. It's still worth a lot of money, but certainly not brand new prices. I'd personally think that boat, engine AND trailer should be around $10,000 to $15,000 max. IMHO. Maybe less. (I'm too lazy to look up the engine price on eBay).

I sold my 89 V 18 back in 09. It was really clean and I got $4000. In my opinion it was better looking than that boat, minus the engine.
