1996 V21 For Sale
 

I have just bought a 1996 V21 with a 1996 Johnson 200 OceanRunner. The boat cosmetically is very good,but there are some issues with the boat and the motor. The boat has a soft spot in the floor over the fuel tank and in the cuddy. The previous owner had some treated 5/4 boards put down in the cuddy to provide a solid floor to walk on.

I was told the engine has two cylinders that are down on compression. Also it will need a starter.

The center section of the windshield had limb fall on it and broke the glass and bend the center swing over section. The frame pieces come with the boat. Also it has a Bimini top and clear curtain enclosure.

There is no trailer. This ends up being more of a project than I am willing to take on as I have some health issues.

I will be happy to give any additional details. I am looking for offers if anyone is interested. If the issues are resolved someone will have a really nice boat.

I am again at the point of trying to sell my V-21 project. The positives are that it has Seastar Hydraulic steering that works fine. Also has a Bimini top which needs to be cleaned but looks serviceable. The soft spot in the floor is not too bad. I believe that it could be run for several years like it is. The windshield frame is okay on the left and right sides but the center would need to be replaced. I think the engine could be revived without a huge outlay. It has a stainless prop that comes with it.



If any one here is interested I would take $1000 for it. It seems that the parts would be worth that. There is no trailer included but I have one available that I could include at a reasonable price. I would be happy to try to answer any questions.
