Wellcraft V20 Community - 1985 Wellcraft V20 w/ Trailer

This boat is the much sought after V-20 with a full transom. The boat is in excellent condition considering it is 31 years old. The outboard engine is a 1989 1.6 liter OMC which is identical to the Evinrude and Johnson engines of that year. It is the popular "bubble-Back" 1.6 liter. The engine has relatively low hours (exact unknown). Recent compression check tested to specification.

This boat has been in my family for over twenty years. I recently became a dad and with a new baby I no longer have time to enjoy the boat. My loss will most definitely be someones gain.

The boat is currently in need of having the carburetors rebuilt.

The following work was performed in the last month:

- New OEM Evinrude/Johnson/OMC Voltage Regulator
-New OEM Evinrude/Johnson/OMC Ignition Power Pack
-New OEM Evinrude/Johnson/OMC Ignition Wires
- New OEM Champion QL77 JC4 Spark Plugs
-New Anodes
- New OEM Starter Solenoid
- Starter was rebuilt with OE brushes
- Bottom painted on 6/30

In the last several years the following work was performed:

- 2 New batteries - Still check out well under a load test and crank the engine strongly
- New impeller / water pump
- New VRO / Fuel pump
- New fuel lines from tank to engine in last five years
- New Fuse block system in last five years
