hardware for plexiglas console hatches

Some of the "pins" that attach the hinge to the Plexiglas are missing on my 88 v20. I am trying to find them but I am not really sure what they are called. Kind of a screw that goes through into a threaded part on the back side. Does anyone know where you can get these and what they are called?
