BOW Lifting Ring/Cleat Repair

my V has/had one of these bow lifting ring cleats
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Boat-Stainle...VW7UfL&vxp=mtr

in , however the long threaded support bolt rotted away and the eye/cleat is "useless" anybody know where i can get a cheaper version or know how to build one? I like the idea of a center cleat & wouls love to keep it

I believe the Bow Tow eye was attached to it like this also...

Wow... I have one of those - it's weird to read this while i am about to fix the eye hook that had a bolt rot away. I looked inside quickly to see that i'll need a new plate, hook and two bolts. The eye lifting ring and long bolt are solid but perhaps worth a better look inside, maybe they should be replaced also?

Did you ever find a solution? I need to change mine... and was wondering if you ended up ordering from this company... If so, LMK please!

I haven't yet, I am going to measure mine this week end and cost it out. by the looks at used ones on ebay.. they look pretty pricey.. so i may search for a solution at home depot... get a threaded rod..... and some sort of angle iron.. just a thought though
