1995 V21 Poly Fuel Tank?

Can someone tell me if a 1995 V21 would have a poly fuel tank? I have tried searching online and was not able to find out. I am looking at one and this will be a consideration. Thanks.

The only way to know for certain is to open the inspection plate, and have a look see. Most WELLCRAFTS from 86 on were poly, but they have been known to switch back and forth, sometimes in the same year.

Our 87 v20 had an aluminum tank and our 91 has a poly tank.
Follow Ferm's advise pop the inspection plate.
I'm thinking it would be poly but it easy enough to check.

If I had to bet on it I would put all my money on poly. I know '94 had poly 63 ish gallon tank.

Thanks for the replies. That will go along way to diminish those concerns. I am assuming poly tanks don't have to be replaced?

Lol, theoretically no, they won't corrode, but it is a boat we're talking about.

If you replace sending unit, confirm full seal by filling fuel to full and watch sending unit under pressure of full fuel.
