You forgot ham. NO turkey should suffer alone, he needs a pig to come along with him for dinner. I've got 45 pounds of ham I've been curing all week, and will be firing the smoker up tonight to start smoking them in the morning about 5.

Happy Thanksgiving Y'all.

Two turkeys this year, one roasting in the oven now, the other going into the fry pot tomorrow around 12:15. The Wifey has really outdone herself this year, been cooking and preping for the last three days.

here we are once again, on the eve of my favorite holiday. spend the day surrounded by the ones you hold most dear. relax. watch some football. eat til you cant eat anymore. be thankful for all you have.
