my personal best flounder caught this summer

Heres my personal best citation i caught over the summer. This fish was 28 3/4 inches long and weighed a little over 10 pounds. It was caught not far from the Chesapeake light Tower on a wreck in about 40 feet of water. These big fish love these deeper structures and we have good luck fishing them every year.

Nice fish. Can't wait for this upcoming season. It's going to be the first time in four years I'll have a boat ready to go at the start.

excellent! My personal best is 6.5 pounds in 1995 in the old tin Skunkboat.
The V20 SkunkBoat best are 8.75 caught by a friend and 8.5 by my sister.

10 pound fluke are hard to come by even for people fishing consistently for 25 years.

Congrats!

if you move that one away from the camera does he go down to 7 pounds?

Kracker Jack 01-12-2015 11:19 AM

I would assume they would stay at the stated weight?

charlie_the_tuna 01-12-2015 03:48 PM

makes sense.
