Without a title it may be a nightmare to get rid of it, and cost you more than a $100 to cut it up and haul it off in multiple trips to the landfill. I know here in Florida you now must have a title in YOUR NAME just to haul a boat to the landfill. You have to go to a tag office, surrender the title, get a certificate of destruction for it, then haul it to the landfill, have them inspect it, then dump it and pay them to do it(cost is $57.60 per ton, so a V-20 would be about $65 down here).

NJust file a mechanics lein on it.

Easier said than done in some places. I know here in Florida its a pain.
