square trim motor removable?
 

I have my old trim assembly in my garrage so i wanted to take off the trim motor that was put on 2 years ago, i took the two screws out and expected it to come right off, but hell no i banged it with a rubber mallet and tryied to pry it off with a screw driver, it didnt come off so i put the screws back in and am asking you guys for suggestions. i dint know why it didnt come right off, it was replaced 2 years ago so theres no corrosion
