So you have a choice...finish some things on your boat and launch it for the season or go fishing on somebody else's boat....
:head: Exactly....go fishing! 5 guys, 28 keeper cod to 40" plus some nice BSBs, and a dozen just-short cod thrown back Now in NJ, that is just unheard of. :fam: :sun: skipped around the rock piles at Shark River Reef until we found the right one. youtube video Cod 2014http://youtu.be/suNx5mat_5Y |
hell. 40 inch cod is what once was. good day of fishin'.
|
Yep I see that was a smart choice, you folks did very well plus you have a spot to go back with your boat!!!:sun:

Nice Catch
I think this year is going to be very good. Anytime we have a cold winter, seems like fishing is great.
I have some friends out of Beach Haven and they are doing well on sea bass - jumbo size not too far out. Keep the reports coming! |
Man i wish we had them here. I bet fresh cod is awesome. Not the cods Charlie likes the fish.

I hope that Summer Ale isn't a variety with " lime or lemon " flavor.
I know, I know, flavored beers are all the rage now, but I just don't get it. Beer should taste like beer, steak like steak, and eggs.....well......like eggs. Waitress says, ....... here you go sir, this beer has a limeade flavor, with a custard finish, and hints of basil. What's the world coming to ? Ok, I'm done, and thanks for the cod fishing tips. |
