Oh, the spray might work. Just about anything flammable in a vapor form should work. Wasn't talking about that. But do a frame by frame of the video and you'll see that:
@ second 42:
(a) He isn't spraying the spray into the carbs, just in the general direction of the engine, but off to the side.
@second 43:
(b) The smoke from the explosion seems to first come from the Starboard side near the driver, not from the engine.
@44-47
(c) There's no residual smoke from the engine, no fire, no damage, nothing smoking by the engine at all.
and lastly:
(d) I think it's just too convenient that there was someone taking that video, pointed at the right place, at the right time, at the exact instant that the explosion occurred., out in the middle of the wilderness.

There's a few other things, but you get the idea. I think it was staged. But it's funny as hell.
