New gps / sonar

I am getting a new gps unit for XMAS the wife is being nice ??? she is giving half $$ ( she wants a notebook) HA HA . any way I have heard a lot about this unit and wanted one when they first came out , Has any one used one or seen one in operation , price looks good ?
