Should someone ask him if he's sure it's a 24ft boat? Espiecially since it looks just like a V20 ::)

Perhaps the same guy who measured the 85mph at half throttle also measured this boat.

what boat did you measure? that boat is a Wellcraft V20 they are only 20 ft long.
