At the lake with my Best friend
Spent the weekend up at our lake lot up on Lesser Slave Lk.We couldn't get out on the lake with all the rain we got the lake is to high to get under the train bridge. Kalum and I fished in the creek and got a few nice walleyes for supper. Kalum gave me a lesson on how to catch em AGAIN. I didn't get any of the fish in the photos they only made it as far as the kitchen . I filleted and cut them up into 1" cubes soaked them in soya suace and spices for an hour. I drained the fish and wraped them up in bacon and BBQ'd in a tin tray untill crisp:drool:. Walleye scallops

Only had walleye once and found it to be VERY VERY good....it was previously frozen at that. I'd imagine a fresh EYE is mighty tasty. Believe it or not the age of the angler and type of fishing rod make it taste even BETTER. Good job!
