Any interest in a Mercruiser 3.7 and outdrive or trailer?
 

I have a project 89' Regal on a galvanized trailer with Mercruiser 3.7 and outdrive that I am looking to get rid of. Engine has 114 hours showing on gauge. I do not know anything about inboard outboard boats so I can't be to much more help than follows but ask and I will try to answer. If you have any interest in anything listed make an offer. Engine:

The motor needs a fuel pump. It went out and the previous owner installed an electric pump in place of the mechanical. The boat will start and idle in the yard, I have not put it in the water.

Compression was tested when I got the boat and it was even across all cylinders. It was a while back and I do not recall the numbers, can test again.

It is a pretty clean engine with some surface rust and a bit of paint overspray on it.

Outdrive:

I believe it is an Alpha One, appears to be in perfect working order

Couple of small leaks at the hose fittings

Stainless prop

Trailer:

Galvanized single axle

Springs, axle, wheels, hubs and tires are in great shape

Winch and center rollers work but could use replacing

I have not tagged the trailer but I will probably do so Monday

Boat:

It floats and has a solid deck

Interior mostly missing, no carpet, missing seats
