Edencraft sounds a little familiar, but lookin at their website contact and dealer info there's no indication of the US...looks like a great boat...I bet well made, but I don't see access to the bow...is there a forward deck hatch lid up there through the cuddy cabin?... |
Looks like a seriously nice boat.....along with a serious price tag:oh:
Nope, EDENCRAFT is an Aussie built boat. I think they use US molds from manufacturers like BERTRAM, SEACRAFT, and FORMULA, but are built in Australia.
Gotta admit, I love that "T" top design.... stylish yet functional. Wouldn't mind having something like that on my V.
I believe the moulds are from a Formula this is rated the best boat on the market too over priced for me . I have never been in a Formula what are they like a lot better than the wellcraft
formulas are great riding boats in just about any conditions, but not so great when not going fast. very tippy when at rest. the one i used to fish on had a tower, so it was even worse.

That hull looks more bertram than Formula

aussie, we would dive off of this one also. we had to roll a person off each side of the boat at the same time. if 2 divers went to the same side, it felt as if it was going over. pretty sure it would not have rolled, but it went awful far over.
