I'm heading out, but I don't think that we will be meeting out on the water. We're a litttttle to far apart. Lol. Happy fishin this weekend. We have an open season this weekend and next for Red Snapper down here in Florida, so I'm going ot check that out. I'm also thinking about playin hookie on Monday. I feel a sinus infection coming on.

I will be going out Sunday, but as stated above I am sure we will not meet up. Unless you are coming to Mass.
Not to sure what we will chase yet, but Sea Bass most likely.

Step - you're right to refer to this as " V weather "..............meaning calm seas for days where we can take these boats offshore 25-50 miles easily.

Let us know how you do. I have to work, that plus my rig's still in the shop getting curtains.

FINALLY!!! Its rained for 6 weekends in a row before this last one...and it doesnt count bc I was in DC at a wedding!

Heading to the Mud Hole. I hear rumors of small yellowfin tuna mixed in with the false albacore and skipjack.
Gonna run out to Humpty Dumpty first and start trolling the ledges.

Step - Saturday looks like V weather.....planning to scout out any early Stripers, then hit the porgies and seabass up around Sandy Hook Reef area.

Sat looking beautiful here, 85* and sunny. I'll be out all day.....find a nice beach to pull up on, drink a few cold Nattys and grill something tasty!

Thinking of fishing from Oleys to the Resor Friday! Trolling at daybreak and I will also have some bait on the boat too. Running out of Barnegat.:oh:
