Hello everyone new here. also I have a v-17 not 20 so hopefully I am still welcome lol. Mine is a v-17 center console I have already taken off the cap my ? is is it possible to separate the floor and inside area from the outside area sorry for not knowing the correct terminology

I would say you can, but I had a V20. You will have to get the floor to release from the stringers and thats the hard part! Also you will have to take the rub rail off, never mind you must have already to get the cap off.

Yes rub rail is off. After further inspection seems like more work then necessary. Floor seems solid some stress cracks here and there. Thanks for the reply
