Total weight

What is the weight of a 87 step lift with a 86 120 and trailer I have a class 2 hitch it says 3500 gross trailer weight

Just an educated guesstimate:

Boat 2000 LBS w/o fuel
Engine 375 LBS
Trailer 500 LBS

tartuffe is real close.
Boat's dry weight is 1920lbs. Engine (Evinrude) 365lbs. Trailer, I gotta guess, 500-1500lbs depending on tandem or single and just what it's made of.
A 3500# gross probably can't weigh more than 750lbs and should be a single axle.

I weighed my 74 w/an Evinrude 150 on a tandem trailer at a county scale several years ago...tipped that scale at just over 4700 lbs...full gas (close to 80 gals) and a good bit of gear...that's the one pictured below...
