Got me a ride on the Reel Deal
 

Just got back from our annual vacation to Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Just so happens by coincidence that our esteemed colleague Reelapeelin vacations in the next beach town over the same time every year. Got the early text message to meet him at the ramp....took a nice ride down the intercoastal, peaked out the inlet and ran back... The old guy was nice enough to offer the whole family a ride the next morning. Took a nice long cruise all the way down into SC.

Every year I always regret not bringing our boat down there so it was a satisfying experience getting two nice mornings in a V-20 cruising around.

The Reel Deal has come along a way since its rebirth.

Small world, I worked on Ocean Isle for three years. Drove down from North of Wilmington everyday. What a great way to start the day, coming over the Intercoastal and seeing that big ocean.

that's awsome that you guys were able to meet up and get out on the water. I'm glad to see the old man is getting some good use out of that boat.:beer:

Looks like great time. I could not help to notice the big m boat there. I thought it was still sitting on Ft. Myers Beach. However i dont get out much. Thanks for the pics.

Nice Rob and Oz ,kelly and Kids looks like a great time....wish I was there too.

Rob apolologies for not posting on a great time...I tried to upload my pics one morning to PB and it wouldn't take 'em...and I never got around to tryin again...my bad...

Anyway, believe me it was my great pleasure to have you one morning and them your wonderful family the next...glad Kelly got a glimpse of the wild goats...your kids are great!!...hope they enjoyed an outting on REEL Deal...and time spent on the beach at Lil River Inlet...I like it out there...took my crowd back down there that afternoon!!

Great to see you guys again down there...it's become a June tradition almost...hope you can bring yer V sometime...I know it's a long tow, but it opens so much more to enjoy around the area!!...

And Pete...the old guy's puttin' this old girl to use every chance I get...Lake Hartwell TOMORROW!!...

Wish ALL you guys could come down again!!...
