Lots of blue fish today, and few stripers off NJ
 

One keeper striper and lots...... lots of bluefish from Shark River Inlet all the way up to the highlands area, NJ.

Bluefish ranged in szie from small to huge - had one just about 37" long !!!

Spoke with Step Up who was also out there today. Nice to make contact with another V guy, and share some fishing info too.

Nice day on the water - had a feeling with the wind shift from W - NW to NE -SE
would change the bite, and it did.

Blues
 

Went to stay at a friends house for the weekend, she lives by the beach, so I took a walk along the beach at South Amboy. There were eight guy's fishing and saw nothing but Blues come up. It looks like the Blues have taken over the whole bay.
Plan on going out tomorrow and do some Fluke fishing, was going to go out today, but mother nature said NO NO. Thinking of taking the boat to Jamaica Bay.
