Leaving Monday for Manteo NC for a Tuna trip on Tuesday! Going on the A-Salt Weapon out of Pirates Cove Marina. Reports have them doing reasonably well down there. Wish me luck...will be sure to post pics post trip.

Did a tuna trip last year out of Manteo with 5 friends. We each ended up with over 50 lbs of MEAT. I made alot of friends giving away 30 Lbs of it to avoid buying another cooler.

It was the only time in my life where I didn't want to grab the reel because I knew what I was in for the next 15-30 minutes.

You may be able to get a few wahoo while you're at it. Thats my personnal favorite.
