Totally awesome. Being an ex-1st class machinest myself, I can tell you that what he did requires a LOT of skill. I'm still wondering how he made certain pieces...:head: but in all cases that's simply awesome.

after watching the video a few times I believe that is a marine heat exchanger on the front. I think it's a BOAT engine!

no sign of any ignition system of glow plugs so I figured it must be a high compression diesel.... I didn't see any injection system or throttle control of any sort tho so I wonder if it might be powered by compressed air instead of combustion?

I'm thinkin' he's a watchmaker w/a motorhead...whatever, he's GOOD...

he obviously has no job, no kids, no wife, or for that mater, no life, other wise there's no way he'd have the time

At first I thoudht it was air powered but listing to the video you don't here air comeing out the exhaust.

Alas...such is the plight of a truly dedicated craftsman...

gotta be air powered. No ignition system and I bet it would have been pretty loud if there was actually internal combustion. Plus there was no smoke coming out. It would require some extreme fine tuning to get a small engine that well tuned to produce no smoke.

Still pretty cool...
